SERENITY LAKE HOUSE is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 bath air-conditioned Chalet nestled in the woods with 104 ft of PRIVATE FRONTAGE on Rennie Lake which is a 238 acre all sports lake. Located on a very quiet and heavily wooded lot, with empty lots on either side, the lake has very light boat traffic even in high season (pontoons). Brand new dock and swim raft, furnishings, and game area among updates for 2022! A big portion of the lake is state-owned, with no buildings, including our views directly across the lake. Beautiful winding drive through the woods & lakes to home. 11 miles to Traverse City. Taking reservations for 2023.
